Full-Sublimation Printing

Full-sublimation printing allows detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, academy logos and sponsor graphics to be transferred directly into the fabric. The artwork is applied before the individual panels are cut and stitched.

This process allows customization across the full garment without adding a thick surface layer. The printed design remains flexible with the fabric, making sublimation suitable for fitted BJJ and grappling apparel.

Important logos and text are arranged carefully around seams and cutting lines. The approved physical sample is used as the visual reference for colors, artwork placement and garment construction during bulk production.

Ranked No-Gi BJJ Rash Guards

White, blue, purple, brown and black ranked-color elements can be incorporated into the design. These colors may be positioned on the sleeves, shoulders or other specified areas while maintaining the main brand or academy artwork.

If the rash guards will be used for a specific competition, customers should provide the current uniform requirements of the relevant organization. The ranked-color sections and artwork can then be arranged according to the supplied specifications.

Compression Fit and Flatlock Seams

The garment pattern can be developed with a close compression fit or a slightly more relaxed athletic fit. Raglan sleeves and multi-panel construction can improve shaping around the shoulders, chest and underarm areas.

Flatlock stitching creates smooth, flexible seams suitable for grappling movement. An optional silicone grip band can also be added inside the lower hem to help reduce garment movement during training.
